About the event
The Mother-Daughter Retreat is a guided experience for mothers and daughters (recommended for ages 15 and up) to connect, reflect, and affirm one another. Close female mentors, aunts, sisters, or friends are also welcome to participate. Space is limited to maintain an intimate environment.
Through shared affirmation practices, reflections, and guided conversations, participants will be seen, heard, and feel rooted in their identity. The retreat provides simple, science-backed tools to bring confidence, connection, and emotional awareness into daily life - together.
